Being a retail game store as well as a miniature painting studio allows us to offer you the benefits of both. Most miniature gamers spend the majority of their money on new boxed product, but also occasionally like to pick up a painted model or unit from Ebay. Or perhaps you at times pay someone to paint models for you, or use a painting service like us. Well now you can combine your online purchases at a discount and receive free painted miniatures when you spend a certain amount of money with us.

Our offer to you is 10% off retail for anything you purchase from us, and when you reach certain levels of spending you will be able to pick models from our in stock painted selection, or have us paint something you have bought for free.

Free Painted Miniatures

It's a repeat customer program for buyers of Warhammer, 40k, Warmachine, or any other miniature game that gives you flexability. In fact do you know if other websites even offer anything for their repeat customers. It's simply a % off retail and they expect you to come back.

See what this guy thinks about his repeat customer program. Well with us, the more you spend the more painted models you will accumulate. Plus you still always get the 10% discount.

Below you will find a breakdown of what you can get for the money you spend. RCP stands for Repeat Customer Program. The JAC RCP is as follows.

RCP Level 1 - Spend $120 or more.

Choose one of the below type miniatures to be painted for free, or pick one that we have already done in our store.

Warhammer Lords, heroes, or wizards on foot. 30mm base size or less. Warmachine warcasters or solos on a 30mm base.

RCP Level 1 painted miniatures

RCP Level 2 - Spend $160 or more

Warhammer - Mounted lords, heroes, etc. Single Ogre sized models, Chariots, small units of 6 or less. Normal sized war machines like cannons, rock lobbers, etc. Warmachine - 40mm base warcasters, solos, light warjacks, etc. 30mm base size units of 6 or less

RCP Level 3 - Spend $210 or more

Warhammer - Normal sized units of 20 or less. Cavalry units of 8 or less, Ogre and troll size units of 6 or less. Giants, special models such as scrap launchers, anvil of doom, etc. Warmachine - Units of more than 6 models or large base units. Heavy warjacks and special warcaster like Terminus, Harbinger, etc.

RCP Level 4 - Spend $270 or more

Very special, large, probably converted, and extremely well painted, type stuff. Perhaps you have a special request to have a large converted unit. Level 4 stuff will be rare, but we want to put this option in, in case you want something special beyond normal high quality paint jobs. A unit of 3 of these converted Ogre Rhinox Riders would be an example.

We keep track of how much you spend and you can elect to take specific models we have in stock, or let us know what you would like painted when you place an order.

When you spend over the RCP level dollar amounts you can choose something from that category, or wait until you reach the next RCP level. If you do choose something, the difference you have spent over the RCP price level amount goes toward your accumulated total the next time you order from us.

You can continue to accumulate and cash in at any level when you have enough spent. Confused? Here is an example:

If we have something you like already painted in stock you simply pay the retail price (at 10% off) as part of your normal purchase, the paint job is considered free, and we ship it out with your normal order.

The difference between the $162 you spent and the RCP price level taken goes toward your next purchase. So, say you bought a bunch of Warhammer Wood Elf stuff and we have a nice painted Lord on foot in stock that you choose to take as your free painted model.

The $162 you spent minus the $120 leaves you with $42 that will go toward your next purchase. So, if a month later you spend another $78 with us you qualify for another free painted price level 1 model ($42 left over plus $78 new purchase = $120).

Or maybe you save that $47 and wait until you spend another $153 getting you to the price level 3 items. You tell us you want the treeman you just bought painted for free. We ship you your boxed product quickly, paint your treeman, and you now have a center piece to your wood elf army.

You can alternate and choose any RCP price level you want when you have spent enough to qualify for it. You might elect to have a Lord painted the first time you reach RCP level 1 ($120), but then save the next time until you have reached RCP level 3 ($210) and have us paint an entire unit for that Lords army.

It's completely up to you, and you can choose in stock painted models that will ship right away with your normal items, or we can paint anything else you have bought from us and ship it out separate when it's complete.

Your choice of what to take and when to take it

Here is a quick cost comparison of us compared to a 20% off online store. If you buy $134 worth of product at 20% off it costs you $107 and you save about $27. If you buy $134 worth of product from us at 10% off it costs you $120 and you save $14 dollars. Plus you get to have one of the characters, warcaster, or solos you bought painted for free.

So, it's a difference of $13 for a high quality paint job. If you look through some of the pictures we have on this website, and look back at what our past single models have sold on ebay for you'll start to understand how nice this deal can be for you.

What about 30% off? The first online store I checked that had a discription stating Warmachine 20% - 33% off had 45 straight items at 20% off. I stopped checking because who knows when I would really find a 30% off item. I'm sure there is probably a few there somewhere, but at least 45 out of 45 were really just 20% off.

Being a retail miniature store as well as a painting studio allows us to combine the benefit of 10% off, plus free painted models. We make profits off you purchasing the boxed product from us and use that to pay our painters if we don't paint the models ourselves. We continually use at least a half dozen painters and sometimes many more depending on our backlog, so you can be assured that we will keep up with demand.

It's very difficult to say when or if this might happen, but when our lead times get to long on giving people the models they request than it's time to close it down to new customers and take care of the people that are already repeat customers.

A 2000 point Warhammer army, or a 1000 point Warmachine / Hordes army, or something comparable if you’re into a different game.

If from now until the time of the drawing you spend $500 your name will be put in the hat 5 times, etc. Even if you read this and we are only a month away if you spend $100 or more your name will be included and you'll have a chance to win.

They do however allow mail order sales, so you can still buy all our GW stuff through us with the 10% discount and have it qualify for our repeat customer program. Simply email or call me to get the ball rolling on this. We carry the full line of GW products and will ship within a day or two of your order.

Side note - The online stores you see that have shopping carts for GW products purchase through a distributor at less of a discount, but it allows them to sell on their website with carts. A bit more of a convenience, but they aren't giving you high quality painted models like we will be doing. Of course anything we paint or convert can be purchased through shopping carts on our website as well as other products like Warmachine, Hordes, Dark Age, etc.
