If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the painted models you receive for the price you pay, you can return the models we painted and we will refund you 100%.
Our painting service is very reasonably priced for the high quality of painted miniature you will receive. Each model will have a scenic or textured base, and will be double-matte coated for protection after the painting is finished.

For a price quote simply email us with the items you would like painted and we will get back to you right away. In general the more items you want painted the better deal you will receive. We do from single model requests to entire armies.

Lead times, packaging, delivery, and insurance - Our lead time to get you your order will vary depending on the size of the project and our current backlog. Please email us to request timing for your project. We bubble wrap all models very carefully, and also tissue wrap if the model is delicate. We use packaging peanuts if needed to fill in empty box space. We do our best to make sure your order will arrive undamaged, and take pride in our packaging. Insurance - We typically do not insure packing, but are happy to if the customer requests it.
Shipping and handling cost - This depends on how much we have to ship and where you are located. We do not over charge for shipping, and will give you a good estimation when you order. You also can contact us before an order to find out how much it will cost. Please note, we do ship world wide, and have several customers outside the U.S.
Payment and Deposits - We currently accept Paypal payments, money orders, or certified checks. Paypal is a secure form of online payment and protects you the consumer. If your total cost is less than $100 we require payment in full before work is started. If it is over this amount we require half of the balance before any work is started. Once we have some models painted we will email them for your approval. After approval and upon completion the remainder of the balance is due, and all items will be shipped after final payment.
